Le Creuset French Oven is a quality piece of cutlery? I've had mine for a wedding gift 22 years ago and is one of my favorite tools in the kitchen. I've done it many times and never failed me. The dissolution and color, thick cast iron, and longevity are the characteristics of this French bakery, I like the best.
The choice of color is the first thing that grabbed my attention. Over the years have always been excellent and varied colors. MyFrench bakery kelly green is a color model track. With a choice of different colors can always find one that fits you or your kitchen. Even if I have a Le Creuset pot, which does not have a firm tone of it, I am usually a fan. So while some of the colors that I like, I do not really like the dark color change of light than many of the new songs. The glaze is what makes it really special aspect of these pans. The goal is always clean, bright and brilliant. I am a big fanenamel.
I love cooking with cast iron because the heat distribution is excellent. But cast iron is a pain to clean and care for, cast iron enamel covered reason, such as Le Creuset, is excellent. I cooked with pots cheap and there's a big difference between cast iron pots cheap and thin-walled iron Le Creuset French oven. It makes cooking such a pleasure. I think the only drawback to cast iron cookware is that it is heavier, so be sure to use both hands!
MyGrandma had a watery Le Creuset pots, when I was little, is now one of my mother. I would suggest that pan has 60 years, apart from design, you would not want more than five years. I think my six Le Creuset pots and pans will last the rest of my life, as long as it does not take my son before I went ...
The size of this oven 5 1 / 2 liter French is perfect, you can more soups and stews for a couple of people to cook, but not too big to handle.
ThePrice for this may be a little 'hard to swallow, but if you do not have to look to buy another French or Dutch oven for the rest of your life, the cost is not so bad. Or the best thing to do is put it on your wish list wedding!
